Seville
We went to Seville, me and you,
We rode in a carriage made for two,
We saw the cathedral, the Real Alcazar,
And we found ourselves in many a bar.
Plaza de le Toros, the waffle, all lots of fun,
Wandering narrow streets bathed in sun,
And now we are home but don't be sad,
Cos it was a lovely time that we both had.
The Seaside
I went to the seaside to see what I could see,
I wasn't seeing clearly and that's not how it should be,
I thought the sea air would make it clear but it didn't help me,
Cos all I found that I could see was the bloomin' deep blue sea.
The Thames
the thames is very murky,
the water very brown,
and if you were to fall in,
then surely you would drown!
The Journey to My Door
I travelled over the moor,
dodged a ferocious war,
and the occasional solicitous whore,
to make it safely to my door!
The Speedy Journey
I drove so fast I broke the speed of sound,
just going round and round,
then so fast I broke the speed of light,
oh wow now that was a sight,
then so fast I travelled in time,
that's when I can to the end of this rhyme,
then back to the start before the end,
it almost drove me round the bend,
but just like that I was back at my door,
safe and sound once more.
Home Sweet-pea Home
You’ve been away to far off places,
To see what you could see,
Now you’re home sweet-pea home,
Missed whilst gone by me.
